This website (musicaviva.eu) is for information purposes: it presents the activity of MUSICA VIVA International Management and the artists it represents. Access and browsing are free of charge and do not require registration. Anyone who accesses the site becomes a user and undertakes to make appropriate use of its content, in accordance with the law, good faith and this legal notice.
1.3. Intellectual and industrial property
The texts, photographs, images, logos, videos and other content on this site belong to its owner or to third parties (artists, photographers, record labels and other rights holders) who have authorised their use. Their total or partial reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without the express authorisation of the rights holder is prohibited, except where permitted by law.
If you believe that any content on this site infringes your intellectual or industrial property rights, please notify juan@musicaviva.eu.
1.4. Links to third-party sites
This site contains links to external pages (the artists’ websites and social media, music platforms such as Spotify or Apple Music, YouTube and others). The owner does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or for their privacy or cookie policies, which users should consult in each case.
1.5. Liability
The owner endeavours to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that it is free of errors or that the site will be continuously available, and accepts no liability for any damage arising from technical interruptions, from viruses or other harmful elements beyond the owner’s control, or from improper use of the site. The owner may modify the content of the site and this legal notice at any time without prior notice.
1.6. Applicable law
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals that have jurisdiction under the applicable legislation.
2. Privacy policy
This policy explains how personal data are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

2.2. What data are processed
This website has no forms or registration areas, and does not collect personal data by itself. The only data processed are those you choose to send voluntarily when you write by email or call by phone: usually your name, email address, telephone number and the content of your message.
In addition, as with any website, the server hosting it automatically records some technical data about visits (IP address, date and time, pages requested and browser type), which are used solely to ensure the security and proper functioning of the site.
2.3. Purposes and legal basis
- To answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to manage the professional relationship (concert bookings, representation, collaborations). The legal basis is the consent you give by getting in touch and, where appropriate, the taking of pre-contractual steps or the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To keep the website secure (technical server data). The legal basis is the owner’s legitimate interest in protecting the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
2.4. How long data are kept
Data are kept for as long as the professional relationship lasts or for the time needed to deal with your enquiry and, thereafter, for the periods required by law to address any possible liabilities.
2.5. Who data are shared with
Your data are not disclosed to third parties, except where required by law. To provide its services, the owner uses email and web hosting providers that may have technical access to the data as data processors, with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
2.6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to juan@musicaviva.eu and stating which right you wish to exercise. 3.1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files that some websites store in the user’s browser to remember information about their visit.
3.2. Cookies on this site
This website does not set its own cookies and does not use analytics or advertising tools.
3.3. YouTube videos
The artist pages include videos from YouTube, a Google service.
- Except for the case described below, videos are embedded in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com): YouTube does not set cookies when the page loads, and may only store information in your browser if you choose to play the video.
- The video on the LINA_ page is embedded in YouTube’s standard mode, because it cannot be played in privacy-enhanced mode. When you visit that page, YouTube may set its own cookies in your browser, which Google uses for functional, statistical and advertising purposes.
